John Bright – Owner + Principal Designer

With over 15 years of experience in the landscape profession, John is a highly skilled and passionate designer recognized for his exceptional talent and commitment to creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Holding his Certified Landscape Designer (CLD) designation from The Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA), John has built a reputation for excellence in design, earning multiple awards throughout his career, including the coveted Neil Vanderkruk (NVK) Award for Excellence in Design, which recognizes the best overall landscape design in Ontario.

As a dedicated educator, John has taught landscape design courses at Fanshawe College, where he has shared his expertise and helped cultivate the next generation of designers. His deep understanding of design principles and trends, combined with a hands-on, personalized approach, ensures that every project he works on is treated as if it were his own space.

Outside of his professional life, John enjoys spending time with his young family, traveling, quoting movies, and cheering on his favorite sports teams – especially the Buffalo Bills. His balance of creativity, expertise, and personal interests makes him a well-rounded and respected figure in the landscape design world.
