cali…here we come

Located in a brand new suburb in Dorchester Ontario - this design started with a blank slate, minimal but consistent slope and a grand wish list. We managed to hit on every request for this ultimate family backyard getaway. The plans consist of the following; custom pool with built-in spa, large open concept pool house with fireplace, TV, lounge space, bathroom and pool equipment/storage room, patio lounge space, pergola with wood fire pit and a grand stair set that leads to a kids play space (includes overhead beam for swing chairs). This project is slated to be completed summer 2025.
